Refund policy

At Elias Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS
We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unused, and returned in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Customized products, including personalized logo plates, player badges, team-branded editions, and special-order items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at rick@eliassportsgear.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
